I just learned that the dining halls are closing over Spring Break. I will admit one of the many things about home I miss is cooking. However, having just found out I need to buy the ingredients and figure out what I'm going to eat for the next week is a tad stressful, especially since I become all too accustomed to the ease of dining halls. I'm on the hunt for cheap food! I need to remember this moment if I ever catch myself complaining about the dining halls. Goodbye mushroom risotta and sushi, hello PB&J's and Top Ramen...
