Sandwich

            I had a fun week in the city, soon to be my new summer home! We went to this amazing Caribbean sandwich joint called Paseo. It was to die for, no joke. The pork was so tender and juicy and perfectly marinated! It had a rich aioli sauce with cilantro, sweet roasted onions, and some jalapeño for a kick. Easily one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. It was mostly beautiful for the days I was up in Seattle and we had fun walking around campus. I even officially got hired and started training for my new job! Next weekend I'll be off to Sasquatch music festival. The summer is starting off pretty well if I don't say so myself.
