Food for thought. I am taking a Gender and Women's studies course, so this type of dialogue seems to always be on my mind. G and W's studies isn't just for women nor is it the stereotyped bra-burning, feminist women's class of choice. I honestly believe that a G and W's studies course should be mandatory for every student going through the public education system. Most G and W's studies course don't just examine women in society, but look at race, gender, and class. It's not about hating men, it's about bettering our society for men and women of all races, religions, and classes.
