     It has been a while! I have been caught up with the hub-bub of new classes and professors. My work load is going to be rather intense this semester, not simply from school but just from other extracurricular activities as well. That means that blogging may be put on the back burner at times. However, before things get too crazy around here I wanted to get a post in. The weather is pretty nice down here in California, so no complaints there. It's so strange to change climates so quickly sometimes. Part of me wishes it would cool down a bit so I could wear some of my winter gear, but once again I really can't complain. 

      I tried out this new shampoo called Big from Lush and I love it! It's rather strange because it has large chunks of salt in it and is a very different consistency than I am used to. It makes my hair super clean and shiny though and gives it nice texture. It makes me want to get some more hair products from there to try. 

      My Monday is almost over. I am heading into LA today to go see The Moth GrandSLAM. It's a not-for-profit organization that puts on story-telling showcases. It's supposed to be very inspirational and thoughtful so I am pretty excited. Happy Monday all!
