Market Fresh

           One of my absolute favorite things about Seattle is the Pike Place Market. It is a food lover's dream. It makes me want to live right next to the market some day just so I can have fresh and tasty ingredients in my kitchen all the time. For now however, a bus ride away will suffice. Even though we are living an a minuscule apartment with a teeny tiny kitchen, I have lots of plans for delicious summer cooking. Hope everyone is finally enjoying the weather! Seattle summer is just beginning to show up, hopefully it sticks around!
