Friends and Pho

            Anyone who knows me knows I love pho. It is sweet, sour, spicy, and tangy all at once. It is a perfect cold day or sick day soup (although this occasion was neither of those). The ave in University District literally has several pho places on each block. I have tried a few and I really like Pho Than Brothers. It is always bustling with customers (a good sign) and is cozy. It doesn't boast a super nice restaurant interior but thats because it's all about the pho. Some of my friends from college came out to lunch with me and we all enjoyed a nice bowl of soup. It's crazy that my summer in Seattle is soon ending and I will be back in California!
